Packaging Awards 2013
The Dieline Packaging Awards 2013
We are eagerly anticipating who could be the winner of the Dieline packaging design awards.
Here is what Dieline say about the award:
"The awards are judged by a highly esteemed panel of 10 industry experts from around the world, and awarded based on Creativity, Marketability, and Innovation. Debbie Millman, President Emeritus of AIGA and President of Design at Sterling Brands, serves as the chairwoman of the judges.
For the 2013 edition, 42 winners across 13 different categories will be awarded a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place Award, and the highest scoring project will receive a one-of-a-kind "Best of Show" award, and a session at The Dieline Package Design Conference 2013 in San Francisco.
An "Editor's Choice" award will also be given out, handpicked by Andrew Gibbs, Founder of The Dieline."
It would be an honour to win such a prestigious award with one of our talented packaging designers or alongside one the design agencies that we work with.

Sticks of Brighton Rock, Beach Huts at Whitby, ‘hundreds & thousands’ sprinkled on everything, The Queen’s outfits, Afternoon Tea with Mrs Beeton’s macaroons – these are the things I took inspiration from. I wanted to capture the spirit of British celebration through colour.
‘1952’ is a nod towards the British people’s love of nostalgia. Part of that is the enduring presence of the Queen; in every season of British life she has led with courage, positivity and humour. I chose a parade of colours that are celebratory, playful and uplifting.
Surely now, more than ever, we should illustrate this image of Britain.

As the nation celebrates the Jubilee weekend 2nd - 5th June, we mark this truly historic occasion with a competition to respond to the ultimate regal brief; Design a Carrier Bag Fit for a Queen. Entrants came from British product & graphic design courses and from the Design Industry. 16 Finalists were selected to have their design sampled in our commercial factory and displayed at a central London Gallery for 2 weeks. A copy of each design was also sent into the Royal Collection to review.
Carrier bags are a snapshot in fashion time. Join us in keeping watch and preserving history.
